Our history:

INTERGRAL Office Solutions was founded in Nairobi in 2006 with a clear mission: to provide businesses with printing and branding solutions that truly reflect the quality and professionalism of their brand. What began as a small but passionate operation grew rapidly, earning incorporation in 2009 as a testament to our expanding impact and client base.

Over more than 16 years, we have invested heavily in state-of-the-art printing technology, a highly trained creative team, and robust quality control systems — positioning us as one of Nairobi’s most reliable and full-service printing houses. Today, we serve an incredibly diverse portfolio of clients, from multinationals and NGOs to government agencies and growing SMEs.

What is the minimum order quantity to print?

We cater to all order sizes — from a single prototype to high-volume runs. Digital printing is ideal for small quantities (as low as 1 copy), while offset printing offers the best value from 500 units upward. Contact us and we’ll recommend the most cost-effective solution for your specific needs

How quickly can you turn around an urgent print job?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on job complexity and volume. For urgent requirements, we offer an express 24–48 hour service on selected products. Additional charges may apply for rush orders. Contact us early to plan timelines effectively.

What file formats do you accept for artwork submission?

We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF files. All files should be submitted at 300 DPI minimum resolution, in CMYK colour mode, with 3–5mm bleed. Don’t have print-ready artwork? Our in-house design team can create or adapt your artwork for a small fee.

Do you offer delivery outside Nairobi?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Kenya via trusted courier partners. We also offer complimentary delivery within Nairobi CBD and select suburbs for qualifying orders. Delivery costs and timelines for upcountry destinations are provided in your quotation.
